Phil LaCorte is President & COO for Graphable. After five years of active duty in the U.S. Navy submarine force, he transitioned to the private sector and gained a wealth of experience managing operations and service delivery in technology services. He is passionate about the science of organizational leadership and building positive team culture.

Sarah Evans Decker is the Analytics Practice Manager at Graphable. She has a BA in Economics and experience in software implementation and configuration She managed new client on-boarding projects at SS&C Eze and excels at simplifying complex problems while creating innovative solutions. Sarah is passionate about seamless, efficient workflows that give insight to the problems or questions being asked. Outside of Graphable, Sarah enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time on the water.

David Hughes is the Principal Graph Consultant for Graphable. He has 10 years of experience designing and building graph solutions which surface meaningful insights. His background includes clinical practice, medical research, software development, and cloud architecture. David has worked in healthcare and biotech within the intensive care, interventional radiology, oncology, cardiology, and proteomics domains. He enjoys endurance running, hiking, and spending time with his family in the outdoors when he is not enabling clients to have data epiphanies from their complex data.
