Job summary

Graphable is hiring for the role of Analytics Consultant, to lead and guide our Domo analytics projects to successful and profitable completion.

Candidates should be able to communicate consistently, crisply and clearly, and be able to communicate well with technical as well as business stakeholders internally and externally. They must be strong, natural communicators who understand the impact of their plans and actions to all stakeholders.

This role requires that the candidate be comfortable successfully estimating their projects as well as shouldering the ultimate responsibility for their project delivery, delivering on time and at or under budget.

Experience and Skills Requirements

1 to 4 years Analytics / BI implementation experience (or equivalent)
- Domo experience a plus (certification required after hire)
Development Languages
- SQL
- CSS/HTML & JavaScript (e.g. Node/React)
- Python
- Command-line experience (shell scripting a plus e.g. Bash, Awk)
- OO experience a plus (e.g. Java)
Neo4j (certification required after hire)
Devops experience a plus

Role Metrics

Primary Metrics

40 hours per week of logged time (billable, non-billable, and OOO time)
32+ hours per week of billable time
Complete 100% of chosen/assigned quarterly rocks (rocks concept from book Traction)

Secondary Metrics

8.5+ Client NPS for all projects where Consultant is Project Lead
100% of Active projects receive Project Status email weekly
